The Little League Softbal®l World Series (LLSWS) Opening Ceremony and Celebration in Greenville on August 2 at Elm Street Park, marks the beginning of an exciting tournament that brings together young athletes from around the world. Expect to see opening remarks from local leaders, live music, and interactive activities. It's a fantastic opportunity to support these talented athletes and enjoy a day of community fun as summer winds down.
The Little League Softball® World Series this year will be the peak for a memorable Summer of Softball, and once again feature 12 teams from around the world, competing for the championship banner. This year’s 51st annual tournament held August 3 - 10, will feature teams from across the United States and Asia-Pacific, Canada, Europe-Africa and Latin America. Admission is free, and all games will be broadcast on the ESPN platforms: ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNews and ESPN+, with the championship game being broadcast on ABC. This tournament celebrates the spirit of competition, teamwork, and sportsmanship!
