IN STUDIO Yang to Yin: Using Skill To Be Still

Each 75-minute class in this all-levels 4-class series will begin with a flowing Vinyasa practice focusing on connecting breath and movement that aims to awaken your energy and increase flexibility, muscle tone, and mobility. Gradually, you will be moved into stillness—beginning with meditation—as you are guided into a Yin practice of passively held floor poses that assist in accessing levels of depth in connective tissue as well as meditative states. Students will have the opportunity to explore instructor-led variations of each Yin pose so all levels of practitioner can find individualized balance.
