Swashbucklers of all ages will converge along the banks of the Tar River for this festival celebrating art, music, food, and Eastern NC pirate culture. Find plenty of arts & crafts vendors, tasty food trucks, grog gardens, roving pirates, multiple live music stages and headlining concerts, and much more to suit yer fancy!
