The Greenville-Pitt County Convention & Visitors Bureau (Visit Greenville, NC & Play Greenville, NC Sports) would like to congratulate Ce’Nedra Dillard on recently earning her Compete Sports Diversity’s Sports Diversity Leader in Travel (SDLT) designation. Dillard has earned this designation due to her continuous commitment to embracing the Complete Sports principles of IDEAL (inclusion, diversity, equity, acceptance, and leadership) in her professional and personal life. The Sports Diversity Leader in Travel certification program is designed for professional development in diversity, equity/equality, and inclusion initiatives for leaders in the sports industry. The curriculum teaches participants to become transitional leaders in their organization’s DEIA initiatives.

The Sports Diversity Leader in Travel designation can be applied in several ways to enhance the participants individual goals, as well as organizational goals. Applications of SDLT certification include professional development, career advancement, consulting and advisory roles, organizational implementation, networking and partnerships, branding and public relations, and educational initiatives.
