Welcome to the 2025 Little League Softball® World Series in Greenville, NC!
The Little League Softball® World Series returns to Greenville for the 5th year, and organizers are making final preparations to once again make the tournament a success for all involved!
This year's tournament will feature 12 teams from across the United States and beyond competing August 3-10, 2025 at Stallings Stadium at Elm Street Park. Admission is free, and all games will be broadcast on the ESPN family of networks, including ESPN, ESPN 2, ESPNews, and ESPN+. This international and televised tournament is estimated to bring $1.6 million in economic impact to the Greenville-Pitt County community.
In an effort to ensure the safety of participants and spectators, the City of Greenville will be closing Elm Street between 14th Street and 10th Street, beginning August 1 through August 10.
Detours will utilize Charles Boulevard. Motorists traveling north will be detoured from Greenville Boulevard to Charles Boulevard and 10th Street. Motorists heading south will be detoured from 10th Street to Charles Boulevard and Greenville Boulevard. Only permitted traffic will be allowed in the blocked section of Elm Street during the closure.
Transportation will be provided for participating players and coaches. Public parking for the event will be available in the College Hill Drive parking lot near the corner of 10th Street and College Hill Drive. The public will access Elm Street Park from the College Hill parking lot via the Green Mill Run Greenway. Complimentary golf cart transportation will be available.
This year's tournament will feature 12 teams from across the United States, Asia-Pacific, Canada, Europe-Africa, and Latin America. Admission is free, and all games will be broadcast on the ESPN platforms, including ESPN, ESPN 2, ESPNews, and ESPN+, with the final championship game being shown on ABC for the first time in the event’s history. This year’s event will also feature the return of AU Pro Games at the LLSWS, bringing Athletes Unlimited Softball players to Greenville to meet and interact with LLSWS participants, and play a double header on Wednesday, August 7 at 5:30pm & 7:30pm at the ECU Max R. Joyner Family Stadium.

Join Us at the Opening Ceremony at Town Common!
To kick off this year’s tournament the public is invited to come out to the Opening Ceremony on Saturday, August 2 from 6pm – 8pm being held this year at Stallings Stadium at Elm Street Park, due to planned construction on the Greenville Town Common bulkhead. Please join our community to help us welcome the players, coaches, umpires, families, media, and more to Greenville-Pitt County! Come out and enjoy a live DJ, food trucks, photo booths, water activities, and more!

4pm - 8pm: The Fan Zone featuring sponsors and supporter booths will be open, as well as the Little League Softball® World Series Souvenir Shop where you can purchase all your official and branded swag!
5:15pm- Athletes will arrive at Stallings Stadium at Elm Street Park
5:45pm- Athletes will line up for walk-up songs and introductions (Stallings Stadium Field)
6:00pm- Opening Ceremonies- Emcee will be Troy Dreyfus, Executive Director of the Downtown Greenville Partnership

Admission is FREE to all games, and the public is welcome and invited to attend! Concessions and food trucks will be available on-site to enjoy.

Golf cart shuttles to and from this parking lot to the stadium will be available before, during, and after all games.
All games will be broadcast on the ESPN platforms, including ESPN, ESPN 2, ESPNews, and ESPN+, with the final championship game on August 10 being shown on ABC again this year.
