There’s a common misconception that there isn’t much to do in Greenville during the summer months. We’re here to break that myth. There are more community events during the summer than at any other time of year. The best part? All of these events are free to attend! Any week during the summer you can find a free event that allows you to find a new favorite local vendor, listen to your favorite small artists, or watch an iconic movie under the stars.

Don’t forget: you can always utilize our Events Calendar to plan your summer activities! If you want a monthly curated list delivered straight to your inbox, sign up for our monthly Greenville-Pitt County Tourism Insider newsletter!
